1)

Requesting Hotel Reservations

 

a)

You can make a reservation at least two weeks before entry date into the country/area.

 

b)

The following is the procedure in making online reservations in Korean hotels:

 

1. Select either a membership subscription or a non-member reservation.

 

2. Select the preferred region of your destination and your preferred hotels.

 

3. Select your date of departure, and indicate the number of days you wish to stay and in what type of hotel room.

 

4. Confirm your reservation in the region and hotel of your choice.

 

5. Indicate the name of the person making the reservation, address, telephone number, e-mail and other personal information after checking number 4.

 

6. Make your payment by credit card.

 

7. Complete the necessary deposit.

 

8. You will be notified on your reservation status. The voucher will be delivered by e-mail after you make a final confirmation of your reservation.

2)

Obstructions to Your Reservation

 

a)

HolidayPlanners.co.kr or KoreaHotels.co.kr will approve your reservation unless infringements and/or omissions in your request (as cited below) are present:

 

1. When false data, omissions or errors in the application is present.

 

2. When the approval of the request acts as a barrier to technical issues or to work execution.

 

3. When the contract is considered closed, starting from the time the reservation number was assigned.

 

 

3)

Payment Methods

 

a)

Select a credit card on HolidayPlanners.co.kr or KoreaHotels.co.kr.

 

b) Credit card payment is based on approval of the credit card online payment system. HolidayPlanners.co.kr and KoreaHotels.co.kr have partnered together to offer this service.

 

 

4)

Canceling Reservations and Refunds

 

 

(Note: This refers to peak seasons which can fall anywhere during January 1 to February 28 and from November 18 to December 31)

 

a) When canceling a hotel reservation no more than ten days before the entry date, you will be exempt from paying penalty.

 

b)

Remember that the reasons for modifying or canceling a reservation must be communicated at least three days before the entry date.

 

 

When this regulation is violated, you must pay the penalty set by the Holiday Planners Co., LTD.

a)

Calling reservations may be exempted from the penalty if the reservation is cancelled three days before the date of entry.

 

b)

Remember that the reasons for modifying or canceling a reservation must be communicated at least three days before the entry date. When this regulation is violated, you must pay the penalty set by Holiday Planners Co., LTD.

When canceling the reservation, the advance reservation fee may be refunded when you notify the Holiday Planners Co., LTD with your bank account number (this should be deposited 2 to 3 days after moving to cancel the reservation).

1)

Application for Reserving a Touring Package in Korea

 

a)

You can make a reservation at least two weeks prior to the departure date.

 

b)

The following is the procedure in making online reservations for tourist packages in Korea.

 

 

- For product packages:

 

1.

Select either a membership subscription or a non-member reservation.

 

2.

Select a travel product for reservation.

 

3.

Select departure date, number of travelers, type of trip, etc. .

 

4.

Indicate your other requests.

 

5.

Indicate your name, address, telephone number, e-mail and other personal information after checking checking number 4.

 

 

(Traveling companions should also be listed by name, gender, age etc., as they correspond to the passport. This excludes the person making the reservation.)

 

6.

Make your payment by credit card.

 

7.

Make the deposit.

 

8.

You will be notified the details on the travel and reservation contract via e-mail, after you confirm the final reservation.

 

 

 

 

 

-For customized travel products:

 

1.

Select either a membership subscription or a non-member reservation.

 

2.

Indicate your preferred region and method in the customized customer traveling section.

 

3.

Indicate departure date, number of travelers, hotel grade etc.

 

4.

Indicate other requests.

 

5.

Make an inquiry after indicating name, address, telephone number, e-mail etc. after checking number 4.

 

 

(Traveling companions should also be listed by name, gender, age etc., as they correspond to their passport. This excludes the person making the reservation.)

 

6.

HQ will notify you via e-mail the information you requested within 2 to 3 days after inquiry is made on the specific timeline, expected cost, etc. needed for the trip.

 

7.

Review the e-mail received from HQ. If you still desire to travel, make the necessary payment via credit card.

 

8.

Confirm the final reservation after the deposit is made.

2)

Completing the Reservation for the Travel Product

 

a)

HolidayPlanners.co.kr shall close the reservation unless any of the following infringement occurs:

 

1.

When false information, omission or error on the application is present.

 

2.

When the approval of the request is deemed to act as a barrier to technical issues or to work execution.

 

3.

When the contract is considered closed, starting from the time the reservation number was assigned.

 

 

3)

Payment Methods

 

a)

Select payment by credit card via HolidayPlanners.co.kr or KoreaHotels.co.kr.

 

b)

Make payment through either of these websites with credit card. This is approved by the online credit card payment system (in partnership with Holiday Planners Co., LTD.)

 

 

4)

Cost for the Touring Package in Korea

 

a)

According to the contract, you must pay the full amount within seven days before the beginning of the trip.

 

b)

The cost of travel covers the following in part or in whole:

 

1.

The transport companies' airline fare, shipping and ground level transportation as listed on the travel schedule. (Use of airline, shipping and railway is based on the regular transportation fare.)

 

2.

Cost for the welcoming and send-off bus, which travels between the airport, station, wharf and hotel.

 

3.

Touring fee listed on the travel schedule. This includes bus fare, entrance fee, and the like.

 

4.

Lodging fee, based on the travel schedule (this includes use of 1 room good for 2 people)

 

5.

Meals as mentioned on the travel schedule.

 

6.

Tour guide fee.

 

7.

All taxes and luggage transport fees listed on the travel schedule.

 

8.

Luggage transport fee for the entire trip. (As customer, you must abide by the transport contract with the respective transport companies.)

 

9.

Porter fees at the airport and hotel.

 

10.

Cost for the reception and farewell service at the airport.

 

11.

Travel insurance.

 

12.

Commission gained from travel recommendation.

 

13.

Miscellaneous costs. These are items that can be covered in traveling expenses for those who travel by groups, i.e. communication fee, etc.

 

14.

Separate service fees and re-tax (such as VAT), as additionally requested by the travelers.

 

c). Items not included in the traveling fee:

 

1. All costs considered personal (communications, custom duty, tip, laundry, extra meals, beverages).

 

2. Costs incurred during the trip when you contract disease or injury (these should be based on a doctor's diagnosis).

 

3. Costs incurred by exceeding specifications and regulations (additional fee per person using 1 room, luggage transport fee that exceeds specified volume, etc.)

 

4. Other costs not listed on the daily schedule.

 

5. Other travel related costs (passport stamp, visa, etc.)

5)

Canceling the Travel Contract

 

a)

HQ may cancel the travel contract after it is closed, for any of the following reasons:

 

1

When you, our customer, request it

 

2.

When it is impossible to execute the travel contract due to acts of God or war (natural disasters, unexpected calamity, political turmoil, airline high jacking etc.)

 

3.

When a customer engages in activities and behavior that infringes domestic laws and regulations, public order, established social morals and good manners etc., or when there is a risk that the trip may be obstructed for whatever reason.

 

4.

When a customer contracts health problem after the contract.

 

5.

When a customer infringes the travel contract.

 

 

6)

7)

The Beginning and End of Travel

 

 

Travel starts on the day you enter Korea and ends when you leave the country, or as the travel schedule expires. But a modification to the contract and travel schedule is an exception.

 

 

 

 

 

The reservation fee, which was paid in advance, will be refunded when you send your banking account information to the Holiday Planners Co., LTD. (This is when the deposit is made within 2 to 3 days after requesting to cancel the reservation.)
