01
Arrival in Seoul
Arrive
in Seoul at Inchoen International Airport, where
you will be met by our representative and transfer
to your hotel.
Day
02
Seoul / Seoul City Tour, Korean Folk
Village / Seoul
After
breakfast, start a morning tour of the city Seoul,
including Gyeongbok Palace-the main palace during
the Chosun Dynasty-via the Blue House(Presidential
Residence), the National Folk Museum and Seoul Tower
on Mt. Namsan for a birds eye view of Metropolitan
city of Seoul. An afternoon excursion to the Korean
Folk Village outside of Seoul, where the old traditional
style houses and life style of 18th-19th century
are being practiced by people living in the village.
It is a MUST place to visit for first comes to Korea
to learn Korean culture. Return to Seoul. Overnight
in Seoul.
Day
03
Seoul / Jeonju / Gwangju
After
breakfast, transfer to Jeonju via expressway. The
journey takes 3 hours from Seoul.
Proceed
to Jeonju to visit Korean Traditional Paper Factory;
Korean traditional paper is made with Mulberry Tree
and the process of making "Hahji" (Korean
Paper) will be interesting Next stop is Maisan Tapsa
Temple located between Chonju and Namwon. On the
Mt. Maisan, Chinan-gun, Chollabuk-do, stand mysterious
stone pagodas whose year of origin is unknown. Originally
120 pagodas existed, but now only a little more
than 80 remain. Legend has it that Lee Kap-nyong,
a retired scholar engaged in spiritual exercises
on Mt. Odaesan, was summoned here and built the
pagodas, piling natural rocks one on top another.
They withstood the years and stood string through
storms and war. Transfer to Kwangju for overnight
stay.

04
Gwangju / Jindo Island / Gwangju
After
breakfast, a morning tour of Unjusa Temple for The
Mystery of Chonbulchontap. Unjusa Temple in Hwasun,
Chollanam-do is the setting of the legend of Tosonguksa,
a Buddhist monk of the Shilla Kingdom, who is believed
to have constructed 1,000 Stone Buddha statues and
stone pagodas in one night. His creation, Chonbulchontap,
has dwindled to 93 stone Buddha statues and 21 stone
pagodas. The Buddha statues ranged from one huge
stature 10min height to one only 10cm high. The
21 stone pagodas stand in a row along the mountains.
The temple bestows an aura of simplicity and intimacy
among its worshippers. Travel to Jindo before 4
PM to witness the Mose Miracle happening in the
afternoon. Various folkore events are held during
the time of the parting of the sea, an unusual natural
phenomenon occurring annually when an extremely
low tide allows people to walk across a land bridge
between Chindo Island and Modo Island. You can enjoy
Yongdung Salpuri (a shaman rite exorcising evil
spirits), Jindo Arirang song lesson, boat parade
and Namdo Tullorae (a spirit -cleansing shaman rite),
and gather tidbits of marine life from the ocean
floor. After spectacular sea parting, transfer to
Gwangju for overnight stay. Check-in at hotel will
be very late today. If Gwangju is fully booked we
have to proceed to Jeonju or Yusong for overnight
stay.

05
Gwangju / Haeinsa Temple / Daegu
After
breakfast, transfer to Gayasan national Park via
expressway. In Kayasan National Park,visit Haeinsa
Temple. Haeinsa Temple has a world famous Korean
cultural treasure called Tripikata Koreana, which
was made during the Goryo Dynasty to protect the
country from the invasion of Mongolian troops by
Buddhas power. This Tripikata Koreana was designated
by UNESCO as World heritage. Proceed to Daegu to
visit Daegu Medical Herb Market. Overnight in Daegu,
home of Korean textile industry and best known for
Apple product.

06
Daegu / Andong / Chungju
After
breakfast, transfer to Andong, 2 hour away from
Taegu. Andong is the best-preserved village with
its traditional style noble houses. In 1999, Queen
Elisabeth II visited Hahoe Village and was welcomed
with Birthday Party Table decorated in Korean traditional
way. Proceed to Chungju Lake and take lake boat
trip. Check-in to a hotel in Suanbo or Chungju for
rest.

07
Chungju / Mt. Seorak
After
breakfast, transfer to Seorak via Gangneung. In
Gangneung, visit Chamsori Gramophone and Audio Museum.
This museum boasts itself with incredible collection
of 19thy Century gramophones and 1st generation
audio systems. Collection of 1,600-odd item, 1000-odd
items is on display 1st Floor for Musical instruments
in the 19th century and gramophones since 1910.
Proceed to Mt. Sorak. Upon arrival, check-in to
the hotel. Rest at the hotel for the balance of
the day.

08
Mt. Seorak Full Day Tour
After
breakfast, transfer to Mt. Seorak National Park
with cable car ride to Gwonkeumsansung and visit
to Shinneungsa Temple. After morning tour, proceed
to Goseong Unification Observatory located in the
bordrline. You can experience about Koreas present
situation with North Korea. Return to Seorak for
overnight stay. Enjoy hot spring swim or sauna at
Waterpia Park.

09
Seorak / Seoul
After
breakfast, transfer to Seoul. Tour will stop by
Itaewon Street for your shopping time for famous
leather bags, shoe, Korea dolls, etc. Return to
hotel. Overnight in Seoul.
Day
10
Seoul / Departure
After
breakfast, free leisure until transfer time to the
airport.
