01 Arrival
in Seoul
Arrive in Seoul
at Inchoen International Airport, where you will
be met by our representative and transfer to your
hotel.
Day
02 Seoul
/ Seoul City Tour, Korean Folk Village / Seoul
After breakfast,
start a morning tour of the city of Seoul, including
Gyeongbok Palace-the main palace during the Chosun
Dynasty-via the Blue House(Presidential Residence),
the National Folk Museum and Seoul Tower on Mt.
Namsan for a birds eye view of Metropolitan city
of Seoul. An afternoon excursion to the Korean Folk
Village outside of Seoul, where the old traditional
style houses and life style of 18th-19th century
are being practiced by people living in the village.
It is a MUST place to visit for first comes to Korea
to learn Korean culture. Return to Seoul. Overnight
in Seoul.
Day
03 Seoul
/ Mt. Songnisan / Chungju
After breakfast,
transfer to Mt. Songnisan via Gyeongbu Expressway.
Journey takes about
3 hours. Upon arrival,
proceed to Songnisan National Park to visit Beopjusa
Temple, where you can see the largest Standing Buddha
Statue in Korea. Also you can enjoy slow stroll
along the tall Pine trees from the entrance to the
temple. Continue your journey to Chungju for overnight
stay at lakeside hotel with splendid view over the
Chungju Lake.

04 Chungju
/ Gangneung
After breakfast,
take a speed cruise boat from Chungju to Danyang
for two hours. Upon arrival, take a coach ride to
Yongwol to visit Jangneung (Tomb of King Danjong)
and Changnyungpo, where was the exile place for
King Danjong after he was ousted by his uncle(King
Sejo) during Chosun Dynasty. Proceed to Gossi Cave
for taking a look at one of the best caves in Korea.
(It may not be suitable place for elderly people
due to long walking) After the cave tour, transfer
to Gangneung for a night at beach hotel in Gangneung.
Day
05 Gangneung
/ Mt. Seorak / Gangneung
Morning stroll in
the beach righ in front of hotel. After breakfast,
transfer to Mt. Seorak National Park with cable
car ride to Kwonkeumsansung and visit to Shinneungsa
Temple.
After morning tour,
enjoy hot spring swim or sauna at Waterpia Spa Park
- the best hot spring water park. In the afternoon,
return to Gangneung. Overnight stay in Gangneung.

06 Gangneung
/ Flight to Jeju Island
After breakfast,
transfer to airport.
You can fly to Jeju
Island direct from Yangyang Airport (Open on March
28 2002). Upon arrival, proceed to hotel in Jeju.
Afternoon, transfer to Jeju Folk History Musem and
Samseonghyol Shrine where the founders of three
main clans of Jeju Island are being enshrined. Return
to hotel for rest. Overnight at hotel in Jeju Island
by the beach.

07 Jeju
Island
Breakfast at hotel.
Today's full day tour includes Seongsan Sunrise
Peak where the volcanic crater at the top of the
peak welcomes you with splendid view by the coast.
Take a photo at beautiful scenery and proceed to
Jeju Folk Village and a visit to traditional village.
Continue journey to Jungmun Waterfall, where water
from inland is falling right into seawater at the
coast. You may try Korean raw seafood at the seaside,
local vedors are selling fresh seafood at the spot.
Proceed to Bunjae Artpia Park to enjoy the beautiful
collection of Bonsai art. On the way to hotel, you
may try mysterious road where the cars can move
up to higer ground with engine turned off. It is
because of eyesight illusion and this place is one
of the main tourist atrractions in Jeju. Transfer
back to hotel.

08 Jeju
Island
Breakfast at hotel.
Free at leisure at beach resort in Summer season
(July-August).

09 Jeju
Island / Seoul
Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to airport for a flight to Seoul. Check-in
to hotel. Transfer to Namdamun market and Itaewon
Street for shopping.

10 Seoul
Breakfast at hotel.
Free at lesire for exploring the city on own arrangement.
